Our bulk materials department offers a variety of products to meet your landscaping needs at competitive prices. All materials are available for bulk pickup seven days a week, no appointment needed. Bring an open bed truck or trailer to pick up by the cubic yard or half yard.
This product is what Frantz Nursery uses to pot up trees and shrubs. It is made of sand, topsoil and ground up organic material. It has excellent drainage and is great for raised planters and container gardening.
This is a premium natural product and is ½ to 1 inch in size. Its dark color looks great in the landscape, suppressing weeds and retaining moisture as well. It is recommended to spread it 2-3 inches for maximum effect.
This is a recycled product that is chipped into 1- 2inch pieces and dyed to give its color. The deep color is a great contrast in any landscape. Spread 2-3 inches for maximum effect.
This is our largest natural chunked bark. It measures 2 ½- 4 inches. It is sometimes called playground bark. You can blow most debris from this heavier bark without disturbing it. Spread this product 2-3 inches for maximum effect.
This is a natural surface soil made up of mineral particles and organic material. It is locally sourced and is native to our region. It can be used in the garden as a raised garden filler or to level areas in the yard.
This product is the smallest sized mulch material we sell. It is ¼ - 1/3 inches. It is a natural forest product that’s not only attractive in the garden, but good for it as it decomposes over time. Spread 2-3 inches for maximum effect.
Small round pea-size rocks in muted natural colors last forever in the yard. It doesn’t fade or draw pests like wood mulch. It’s easy to install, suppresses weeds and helps regulate moisture.
Muted shades of grey, white and slate blue make this rock an ideal choice for the yard. Provides weed suppression and water retention while giving a crisp look. It has sharper edges than pea gravel.
Local deliver service available Monday through Friday, 3 yard minimum, call the store for delivery fee estimate. The maximum amount of scoops of bark, hummus or Frantz planting mix we can deliver in one trip is 10; gravel is 6 scoops. Our tractor scoop is approximate to 1 cubic yard. Yard pick-up available from Monday through Saturday during business hours.
